How does the LEQ Accelerator differ from the LEQ Checkup? Do I need both?

The LEQ Checkup is your starting point, providing a clear snapshot of your current leadership effectiveness across six foundational pillars by providing you with your Leadership Effectiveness Quotient (LEQ) Score. Think of it as a leadership diagnostic. The Accelerator then builds on your Checkup results, offering you a guided path to turn those insights into daily habits. Together, they form a complete system that gives you both the clarity on where you stand and the tools to get where you want to go.

How does the Accelerator actually “accelerate” progress as a leader?

The LEQ Accelerator cuts out the guesswork and trial-and-error.
